The engine decides clear results; verifiers worldwide decide the rest, around the clock.
Today: local, scarce, paid per matchThe effort is real. The record should be too.
FSN connects physical sport to evidence others can use. AI reads the play. Independent verifiers confirm it. The result carries the proof.
The Last Cup™
How the network scales sport
A league needs officials, a ranking, a way to pay prizes and trust in the result. The network turns each into a shared service.
The planned network model. Device attestation, witness publication, league escrow and USDC payouts are not live.
The engine decides clear results; verifiers worldwide decide the rest, around the clock.
Today: local, scarce, paid per matchVerifiers label outcomes from scratch until the engine learns the sport, then check only hard cases.
Today: years of building scoring technologyPlanned device signatures, independent checks, witness co-signing and publicly verifiable records.
Today: one side’s word against another’sDevice and participant checks are designed to help detect bots, fake accounts and ringers.
Today: fake accounts, ringers, botsEarned anywhere, counted everywhere.
Today: every club keeps its ownPlanned payment in digital dollars on the published result, where supported.
Today: banking costs and delaysAnyone can set a league’s rules and launch it in any sport or city. The network officiates.
Today: someone has to run everythingFalls as the engine learns, low enough for a one-minute challenge.
Today: too high for small stakesBrands fund any league that matches their audience, and pay only for verified participation.
Today: small leagues are too small to sell to brandsThe design distributes organizing, officiating and trust. Published results are intended to be independently verifiable.
Today, most plays are forgotten when the game ends. A score on a sheet or a clip on a phone proves very little to anyone who wasn’t there.
FSN changes that. AI records what happened, verifiers check it, and the result is signed and published. Players, leagues, sponsors and insurers can then rely on it, and the player keeps a record that follows them.

A registered device captures the play and signs the record at the source.
Raw video and identities stay private. Research data is de-identified and used only with consent.
Explore the full processA confident prediction can still be wrong. Independent verifiers check low-confidence calls, results that settle money and a random sample of the rest. They confirm or correct each call, and agreement between them decides the result
Meet the verifiersA result only matters if the player, the league and anyone paying on it can trust it was reached fairly. Fairness is built into each step, so no single party decides the outcome on its own.
Each play is signed by the device that recorded it. Captures from unregistered or altered devices are set aside before anyone reviews them.
How capture worksVerifiers answer alone, and every batch includes a few clips whose answer is already known. That keeps attention on the play and rewards the most careful verifiers.
How verifiers workA result is published only after FSN and independent operators have each checked and signed it. Any later change stays visible to everyone.

Future of Sports®, physical-AI labs and counterparties fund the network’s work. Venues are where players play, not direct paying customers of FSN.
For the sessions its players play, and labeling to train its models.
For labeling their own video.
For attested records they can rely on.
The Foundation’s minutes are verified at cost. Leagues and venues are not direct paying customers. Sponsor money is Future of Sports® revenue; Future of Sports® pays FSN for verification.
Verifiers establish the result. Organisations put it to work. Licensed capacity makes verification possible. Each has a different part to play.
Answer short questions about real sports clips. USDC payouts for accepted work are planned, not live.
